In his previous role as VP with one of the nation's fastest growing private staffing firms, Matt's intuitive and out-of-the-box thinking propelled him to be the top sales producer for eight consecutive years, contributing significantly to the company's leap from a $20M startup to a $300M enterprise.  Prior to that, Matt was instrumental in the exponential growth of what is now one of the top three staffing firms in the world, expanding their geographical impact from Boston to San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
